My Story

Young in spirit, served in  social services for more than 25 years in the Midwest USA.    On going 40 years experience of working with individuals with various needs from the cradle to the  grave.   He often worked 16hrs a day changing roles several times throughout the day helping juveniles and families; adults managing chronic mental illness; and children in daycare environment.  Survived layoffs and political funding and defunding of programs that targeted each of the often marginalized groups.  He pursued an Information Technology degree during layoffs.  Realized that all expertise earned could be applied to reform. Worked in warehouse and customer services short-term remembering we all need assistance to realize our purpose. He will share real life experiences, insights gathered from his many experiences with people and the various organizational approaches in social services and religious organizations. He hopes his insights will add to conversations about the best way to serve others and help agencies and individuals to become more effective in identifying and meeting those needs.
